Where do you ship from?
We dropship from our warehouse in Los Angeles. If they ask for the address: 500 N Central Ave, Los Angeles, CA.
Is there a minimum order?
White label has none — one vial. Wholesale cases start at 5 kits and $1,500, both gates enforced by the portal, mixed across any compounds. What we do NOT have is a committed monthly tier to unlock a price — our book is the same book at $1,500 as at $50,000. That is the edge over the big committed-tier wholesale books.
Who prints the labels?
We do, in-house, on matte waterproof label stock. Wholesale ships under our clean RUO label; white-label dropship ships under the buyer's brand.
How is it packed?
Every vial in bubble wrap, sealed in a chrome bubble polymailer [cases ship boxed]. Discreet, padded, professional. Product is shelf-stable lyophilised — no cold chain required.
How do I verify quality?
Independent third-party certificates on file — accession-numbered, lot-tracked. Full library inside the portal — share it before they spend a dollar, and offer the current-lot cert proactively.
How do buyers pay?
Invoice on order approval, paid by wire or ACH. New accounts prepay until terms are extended in writing. No card capture, ever.
What about returns?
No returns on research material. DOA/damage claims within a 7-day window per the terms of sale — full terms are in the portal.
Can my buyer resell at any price?
Resale is protected by our MAP policy — no advertised resale below 2× the wholesale per-vial equivalent. Frame it as margin protection, because it is.
Do you ship internationally?
Case-by-case and manager-only. Qualify the interest, capture the details, escalate — never commit solo.
