— 01 · The affiliate lane —

Affiliates — 10% of what they send to thenextlab.co.

A separate lane from the wholesale desk. Cases and dropship are B2B — businesses buying to resell. The affiliate lane is retail: someone with an audience sends buyers to thenextlab.co and earns 10% of the sales they drive. Different buyer, different lane, different payout.

The rate
10%
Of net sales attributed to their link or code on thenextlab.co. Net = after refunds, chargebacks, shipping and tax. Paid monthly, once the refund window has closed on the order.
Who it fits
People with an audience rather than a warehouse — coaches, community owners, content accounts, and existing customers who already recommend us. No inventory, no ops, no minimum.
What it is not
Not a wholesale account and not a substitute for one. A business that wants to resell belongs in the B2B lane on the price book — that is a bigger, more durable relationship. Route them there.

How it runs

01
Approve the person
Manager reviews the audience the same way we vet a buyer. We are judged by who carries our name — an account making human-use claims is a liability, not a partner.
02
Issue link + code
They get a unique link and a code so sales attribute cleanly. One person, one code — never share or reissue.
03
They send traffic
Retail buyers land on thenextlab.co and check out normally. Nothing about the store changes for the customer.
04
Monthly payout
10% of attributed net sales, paid monthly after the refund window. Compliance is a condition of getting paid, same as it is for the sales team.
✓ Affiliates may
  • Describe products as research materials — what they are, purity, testing, lot tracking.
  • Point at COAs and the testing story. It is the strongest thing we have.
  • Disclose the relationship plainly — FTC requires it, and undisclosed promotion is our exposure as much as theirs.
  • Use their own voice. We are not scripting their content.
✗ Affiliates may never
  • Claim or imply human use, dosing, benefit, or results. This is the line that ends the relationship.
  • Show themselves or anyone else using the product.
  • Name a branded pharmaceutical or compare us to one.
  • Make income claims about the affiliate program itself.
  • Double-dip — an account already buying B2B cannot also earn affiliate commission on the same revenue.
Watch the stack

Discounts compound and they compound against margin. An affiliate at 10%, a recruiter override at 5%, and a WELCOME15 code on the same first order is 30% off the top before COGS or processing. Management sets whether codes stack — reps and affiliates do not decide it in the moment.

Still to lock — management

Four operational calls are open and are not answered on this page: the attribution tool and cookie window; whether affiliates get an audience-facing discount code as well as a commission; the payout rail and minimum payout threshold; and whether affiliate commission stacks with site-wide promotions. Do not promise any of these to a prospective affiliate until they are set.
